My son 2 years 7 months doesnt speak properly and after wants screen time only says few words like mummy papa dadu no yes he doesn't says about potty susu really worried about the baby which type of doctor shall i show my kid

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age.
there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child.
also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child
avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development.
the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands sgiven by the parents should be present.
by 18 months if the child is not following basic commands then only you have to meet the doctor for speecsh and development assessment.
requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.

SanthoshiMom of a 1 yr 9 m old girl1 Year agoA. Maximum Try to. Avoid screen time Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given to baby with less spice and less oil take care
