my son 2 years 10 months old.he was not eating anything from morning because stomach pain and vomiting, I given vomkind and cyclopam syrup.we consulted doctor also.i am not understanding what to do

A. hello since the child is not well appetite could be affected so it will take some time for the baby to get back to normal and try giving fluid at least and keep the child hydrated well which would be better and nothing to worry about
