my son 2 and half year old.he get too much strain for while for baathroom that means he takes too much time for pee and it comes very hard stool.how to solve this

A. use glycerine suppositories Constipation is very common in babies you have to modify the food which is more in fibre like green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like apple mango papaya banana etc
