my son 2.9 year old son has fever n loose motions from 3 days just giving the systematic medicine now him upper stomach is swollen may be gas what to do pls suggest

A. hi. .feed some jeera water or mint juice. or yiu may guve lanzol jr tablet. for furtger it is preferabke to consult your doctor. all tge very best
