Q.
My son 2.5 years old.. He is over active.. His mind is not so stable.. He is doing always wrong things.. Over naughty.. Always active. Some times in sleeping time also he use to sit and sleep.. His mind is active while he is sleeping.. I canr control his naughtiness and still he is not talking and not understanding the things which we are telling to him

So it's better to get the solution in a correchtt way .
You can also consult online to a doctor for the same as a detailed discussion can be done .
