my son 2.4 yrs old he wakes up frequently at night and asks for milk. He doesn't eat well. Please help.his weight 18 kg height 89cm

Mam your child is quite overweight and the child’s height is less as compared okay so right now your child should be 14 kg looking at the age for your child is quite overweight I don’t know how your child is gaining this much weight by the child is not eating only having more milk should really check with your doctor on that
