Q.

my son 1yr3 months, he eats soil/wall plaster , few said it's due to iron deficiency, wo I started giving a2z drops. is it right? and he started to walk 3 months ago, but still he wobbles a lot while walking, does he require calcium supplements? if yes kindly suggest .

A. get deworming done. yes definitely you should start giving calcium supplements zinc supplements and Vitamin D3 to your baby after Consulting with a doctor for the proper doors and the supplements
