my son 1yr is having fever ND cough doctor prescribed wikoryl syrup 5ml thrice a day , but I feel it too too much , what should I do

No no according to the age of your child should only be one ML to 1.5 ML that two completely would depend upon the weight of your child so please check with your doctor they have forgotten to mention a point before five because it’s 0.5 or 1.5 or 1ML not more than that
