my son 17 months old.am following ur(first cry)diet. u suggested tomato and cucumber slices with meals.what are the reasons?how it helps to babies nutrition

Yes It is definitely very good for nutrition also and when your child is having its teeth cucumber finger food is very very good at that time also in general I would like to tell you that these two routes have a lot of water into them which is why it’s very good for hydration as well as their very good for digestion because they are rich in fibre as well and water has been
