My Son 13 month old is having watery diarrhoea since week. Although he is in medication saccharomyces boulardii and lactobacillus GH Granules and zink dry powder. He is in teething process. Does teething cause diarrhoea?

A. hello mam kids have loose motions during the teeth coming process as during this process kids tend to put everything in their mouth which in turn leads to the stomach infection and hence loose motions
