Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful . Mediftycines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used yin a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Natural Remedies for Running Nose for Kids Camphor and Coconut Oil Massage: massaging the throat, chest, and torso with heated coconut and camphor. warms the body. A mustard oil massage also has the same effect. Steam: inhaling steam loosens the phlegm blocking the nasal passage and chest.
