Q.

my son 10 days before fall down right side head one small injury and still have a blood block i put oilment went to he no prblm he give oilment still never reduce what can i do? pls help me

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifecstations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case whivfch is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. It Would be difficult to give you guidance on that so you should just get a check with your doctor maybe a doctor would be able to help you with good guidance all this so you should just consult your doctor
