Q.
My son(1.5yr) had fever from 5 days, used paracetamol and antibiotics. His temperature has come down but he is not eating anything from past 3 days..not even letting to put anything in his mouth. can I get some suggestions please

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and yofddu can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
