my so is having fever from yesterday,sudden at night and gave him two time paracetamol , after body temperature comes normal. but now at night body temperature high .is any test needed or to continue paracetamol. and he also have so cough

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again revfpeated after every 5 to 6 hours if feever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
