Continue medication as prescribed..just feed well to maintain Hydration. give breast feed and no bottle feed..if you need top feed for baby use only lactose free formula like isomil or zerolac..usually most episordes are viral and would get over by 7 days . if theres too much vomiting then meeting a doctor is important , 5 danger signs are a]non pessage of urine for 8-10 hrs b]lethargic child. c]blood in stools. d]excessive irritability. e]high grade fever
