The hemoglobin is very less and the lft values aren’t favourable either.
You need to consult a physician ASAP and get evaluated to find out the underlying causes of the same

Then You should consult a nutrition expert for this they can advise you about all these things correctly also the food she can advise you that will help in increasing haemoglobin and will help in reducing other things as well it’s really important as of now that you take a consultation with an expert in this area which is going to be a nutrition expert
