my sister in law is 7 months pregnant. Her ultrasound report suggests that she has already dilated 3.6 cm by now. Please let me know is that OK ?

It’s actually normal little less but still okay you’re so relative who you are talking about to take little bit of rest now more of bed rest not to exert yourself not to do too many things all the time these two months you should pass peacefully so that she has a proper stretch of pregnancy of 30 to 40 weeks and a good chances for normal delivery and to avoid premature delivery
