Atogla Prem you can apply as a medicated cream this is going to help in healing the rashes as well as it will help in reducing the dryness into the skin of the child and once the skin becomes proper smooth and soft then you can start using Babyhug milk cream for the child to continue maintenance of moisturising in the skin
