my sis in law is 3 months pregnant..she is experiencing loose motions since today morning..and also where she lives, there is only govt hospital and doctor is available today. please help.

A. hi please do the following things: she should drink plenty of fluids. take more natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc. eat easy to digest food like khichdi, curd rice, upma etc maintain good hygiene.
