my second daughter is 1year old. she is going motion in 3,4 days after a tifen, lunch. what is the solution for that!

some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oyily food can aggravate such condition.
here the diety modification should be tried first followed by medications like lactulose milk of magnesia and muout powder.
