Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. there are multiple causes of headache and it is difficult to tell what might be the cause. it can be dehydration and it can be nutritional deficiency and sometimes it can be infection also so drink plenty of water and for now you can take paracetamol to decrease the pain
