my periods came early 10 days before the due date is there need to worry?

A. not always. better keep follow up with a good gynac, do regular scan. strict rest. ni no stress. try to avoid intercourse and take all your supplement daily. all this case need follow up.

A. On its own, an early period does not tend to indicate a problem. However, if any other menstrual changes occur or a person has concerns, they should contact a doctor. Hormonal fluctuations during puberty and perimenopause can cause periods to arrive sooner than expected.
