My pediatrician adviced for Calcium syrup, but nothing for iron supplement. Can I give iron supplement as well to my 3month old baby?

A. avoid self medication.. your baby us too young. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment
