my one year year 3month son...still not walk...just he is standing without support..bt , he panic to walk...any suggestion?

The child may be scared of falling down which is why this is happening you just have to encourage your child because if the child is already learnt to stand independently and walking away independently is not far it is just a little bit of encouragement is required
