my one year old has viral infection one week ago...she sometimes still gets fever of 99 or 99.8 and fever becomes normal after sometime...the blood and urine reports are normal...what could be the reason plz suggest anyone

A. hi. he is on recovery phase. kindly give him lots of fluids/ breast feeding to kerp him well hydrate. give lots of rest to him, it will help fir fast recovery
