my one year old boy having dry cough and runny n thn stuffy nose.. two days back had fever two times a day... now he's luking weak and sluggish in activities.... not wanting to eat as earlier... kindly suggest what to do and what shud be the diet.... #had given pcm for fever which get subsided after that.. and for runny nose had given three days med already... kindly help

A. continue medicine that are advice. Loss of appetite will be their during fever..so keep offering different foods that your baby likes. don't force feed. give plenty of fluids n offer his favorite food
