Q.

My one year old baby has cold, cough, runny nose, and flum. I am giving her sinerest drops with saline nasal drops. There is no use. So I started giving her Taxim-O (photo attached). But as soon as I gave her this, she vomited. Is there any alternative medicine which does not induce vomiting?

A. continue the medicines as well you febrex plus 5ml 3 times a day Cold cough in the baby are viral infections please give steam inhalation frequently e and saline drops in the nose of the baby it will take one week
