ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist2 years agoA. dear Mum, if there is no relief from running nose in spite of steam then you may consult doctor. sometimes it might take a longer time to recover. you can give haldi milk, Ajwain Tulsi ginger Jaggery herbal decoction
