my one month ten days old baby is having cleft palate she is not able to take feed we tried pallada , medella bottle now she is going through tube feeding but in this also she is vomitting and not comfortable please suggest any method

please visit your pediatrician.
and try different feeding positions as per your doctor's Suggestions.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
if you are using Bottle use the one which is specially designed for this.
