My one month old daughter is having running rose so which medicine I will give her

A. mostly it's subsides its own ..can use saline nasal drops..or syp coriminic

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to weather changes around the child. For cold you can give syp maxtra /wikoryl AF 5 ml to the child 2 to 3 times per day. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops every three hfourly. Indirect steam can also be given. For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water ccombination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink
