My one month old baby is suffering from gastric pbm, is this a serious pbm any solution for this pbm?

A. it is quite natural that small babies will be having gastric problem for different reasons this is a common problem in the baby to avoid this do burping of the baby after feeding give colimex DF drops to the baby 0.4 ml 3 times
