Q.
My one month old baby always have a tendency to suck nipple...so i decided to give him nipple shield..but someone says that its will become a problem to his valve and something..is that real??is there any problem to put nipple shield to babys mouth????

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. no you should not give any such thing to your child because it can cause recurrent infection it is better to give breastfeeding in a correct position to the child and maintain good hygiene
