Q.
my nipples are very sensitive. whenever I try to give milk they r cracking within seconds. so I'm hand expressing my milk into a bottle and feeding him. my question is - will my boobs will soggy and damaged because I'm hand expressing

but for this , instead of giving bottle feeds or expressing milk ,I would suggest to try different feeding positions
while feeding,make sure your child latches properly
because sometimes it is caused by incorrect latching
the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child Mouth at feeding time.
