Work out is not a problem but if you are pain right now you should avoid for the timing maybe the pain is associated with your nerves there is a crack in the nipple due to excessive dryness into the skin that could be multiple reasons so currently I would recommend you to apply Tbact boroline antiseptic cream as that’s easily available at home and if you do not get relief in 24 hours consult the doctor Boroline you can apply every 3 to 4 hours avoid wearing in our way for the time being and the other ointment that I’m suggesting you can apply that every six hours if needed
