my nipples are so pain how can I reduce my pain

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. Pain might be due to clogged milk ducts so gently express the milk to. Soften the breast. Apply warm water packs on the chest. Keep feeding the baby. If pain is excruciating then consult your gynecologist to Prescribe some analgesic.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. if you have cracked nipples than there could be intense pain..... apply nipple care cream by Himalaya and do hot fomentation there... don't feed the baby until cracked nipples get healed properly.....
