my nipples are aching very badly I'm unable to feed bcz of pain what should I do?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. probably you are having a sore nipple the reason there is lot of pain please apply nipcare ointment on the nipples take Dolo 650 for relief of pain . .

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Warm water compressions help. Manually express your breast milk or use a breast pump. Adopt proper latching and feeding position to help ease the problem. Wash your breasts and nipples with anti bacterial soap. After feeding your baby, wash your nipples and dry them. Squeeze some of your breast milk and apply on the sore nipples. Use cotton breast pads and change them often. Gently massage your breast for the milk to flow naturally.
