my nipple is sore and crack I can't feed

Dear mum, it is best to apply breastmilk to cracked nipple especially hind milk. it has great healing properties. don't wear bra until healed and let it air dry. creams have to be washed before breastfeeding which again dries the area and aggravates injury. improper latching may have resulted in this. take care that maximum areola is in mouth of child, lower lip is curled out and chin touches breast.
