Q.

my niece is 2 months old having formula milk not taking mother brest milk and did motions yesterday everytime after drinking milk was crying continuously was not able to sleep even if she wanted to sleep does her stomach is paining?. what medicine to be given.

A. rto. some baby will be passing very loose motions event 10 to 12 times per day in first 3 to 4 months of age no need to worry if the baby is having proper weight gain passing urine at least 8 to 10 times

A. Hello dear ma’am, please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mother milk till the age of six months. Please massage baby stomach clockwise and anti-clockwise. You can also apply hing water on baby stomach. Also do some cycling leg exercises of the baby to relieve from constipation and gas. Please make the baby burp after every feed. Mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal. Thanks and take care
