Q.

My niece is 11 years old. 3 months before she got matured. We are noticing that her periods come once in 20 days and lead to heavy bleeding with clots. Is it normal?? Or do we need consult a gynaecologist.

A. in many cases during first few periods it may have heavy flow which is not very much to be very about just give proper rest to the baby when ever periods come and give proper nutritious diet and take along with adequate water intake

A. When the girls start to have their period you can actually see this kind of a problem that they can be abnormal and sometimes the bleeding is really heavy but you should definitely consider the gynaecologist if she can help you with some medicine or some home remedy that you can follow for this
