Q.

My newborn is 2weeks old, and breastfeeds using a nipple shield as my nipples are not well formed yet and big for her to latch on. I try to feed her using my nipple but she does not suckle it like the nipple shield and cries a lot. I am waiting for her to grow a little stronger to be able to suck my nipple. Is that ok?

A. You help your child then I would like to tell you when you press your breast with your hands while feeding the child and the flow becomes better easy and convenient for a child to consume if your child is having trouble taking of it because of the nipple shield and this is one of the best option that you can do for your childWrite Your Answer Here
