my newborn 5 days old baby having loose motions. he is breastfeeding. can I shift to formula

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is absolutely normal for baby passing stool 10 to 15 times per day and breast milk is the best milk for the baby without any infections please do not give formula milk

Maintain hydration
Give enterogermina sachet with zinc supplements
Wash hands often before touching your baby
