NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello breastfed baby will have less waste and can go without passing motion for about a week also and if baby is not passing motion, even after a week then it's a concern n u will have to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide u accordingly which is better and also safe too
