Q.
My new born baby stretches her legs and makes noises..why does she do so?is she feeling some any pain or it is normal?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician6 years agoA. yes, they use to strech a lot. Babies stretch a lot, particularly when they are very new. They will stretch a lot particularly after a long sleep. When baby is stretching they are helping all their muscles and joints work and function, and as you've probably noticed also helping pass gas and even push out their poo.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy6 years agoA. Hello dear parent!! It is absolutely normal for the baby to stretch and make sounds. That is the only way of physical activity the baby has in this age. As long as your baby is active and healthy nothing to worry. The urine output should be minimum 6 to 8 times in a day to consider normal. Good luck and take care.
