Q.

my new born baby is nearly 3 months old and she is doing fine regarding with the sleep and all but I myself finding very hard to get asleep at night and sometimes could not be able to sleep. what should I do? my eyes are really tired but could not be able to sleep fast

A. but as for myself I could not be able to sleep finding very hard to fall asleep also though my eyes are really tired

A. for making the child sleep you can try the following things you can swaddle the child to make the child comfortable you can sing a song / lullaby you can use a cradle or swing you can go for a car ride with the child keeping the child on your shoulder you can walk briskly you can keep the child in between both the legs and gently swing the legs both sides. sleeping pattern gradually improves with increasing age of the child . it is important to see that the childh is not hungry as well as is not suffering from any colic which can disturb the sleep. also the mattress of the childy should be very comfortable
