My nephew is is going to be 6 month old. Can I start giving him salty eatables or drinks?

Its Going to be six months complete now six months beginning after that you should give salt and other spices to the child you should avoid giving sugar to your child up till the age of one year and it should only be given if it is important otherwise you can use instead of sugar you can go for jaggery or dates it up
