Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl2 years agoA. hi it happens because of food reaction or Infection so please keep an eye on your child diet and if there is other symptoms like fever, irritability, low apetite , frequent stomach pain , mucus in stool etc then please visit your pediatrician
