Q.

my nephew is 2y 10m old. he has sleep problems for a long time. he wakes up at 3am in the morning and cry, play and then sleep again by 6 or 7am. he repeats this twice or thrice a week. is this normal or dies he have any issue?

A. do not worry about this too much give a glass full of buffalo milk before sleeping in the night Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k
