Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello Sneha it might be happening due to the weather during rainy seasons and winters bone pain is very common problem so you should do proper exercises of hands movement and finger movement and have healthy and nutritious food increase your calcium intake have citrus fruits and milk and curd in abundance
