my name is athira 1m 29 year I have pain in my abdomen and upper back with nausea and bloating.1 month back endoscopy done and result shows mild antral gastritis with duodenitis and gerd..now also I'm having same probem what is the reason and treatment

Whether any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctor f
