my my 3.5 year old boy started little bit talking few words and singing rhymes, is this normal

A. See there is a delay in the speech of your child also if your child is only singing rhymes and all have you taught these things with screen time audio taught them manually how it is supposed to be because that is how if the child has taken too much of a verbal deal
